Refund policy

Please Read This Policy Carefully. This Is The Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy of Zion, 

Physical Products:

Kindly take a video before opening the package/product. If the product is damaged, reach us. Without valid proof, we don't allow a refund/replacement. 

We offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges whichever is feasible for products damaged during transit, provided the damage is reported within 3 days of the original purchase. To be eligible, the damaged product must be return-shipped by you, intact and in its original condition, to the address specified by us. A replacement will be provided by default. However, a refund will only be issued if the same product is unavailable.

If approved we will credit the amount into the customer bank account with in 5 to 7 working days and in case of replacement for the damaged/exchanged product we will replace the products in 3 to 5 days (we'll deliver the product within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch)

We accept return up to to 3 days.
